Pre milling device:
1. The pre milling device adopts diamond pre milling cutters, with tool specifications: Φ100*H43*Φ30.
2. Re modify the ripple marks, burrs, broken edges or non perpendicular phenomena caused by the cutting of the board saw to achieve better edge sealing effect. Make the bonding between the edge banding and the board tighter, with better overall integrity and aesthetics.
3. An efficient dust collection system can quickly remove the cut wood chips.

 

Delivery tape pressure sticker:
1. Stick the edge banding onto the board and press it tightly.
2. The cleaning and pressing effect is better, and the scraping function eliminates the need for manual cleaning of the pressing wheel adhesive, improving efficiency.
3. Choose servo belt feeding, precise margin, and save edge banding.

 

End repair device:
1. Two independent high-frequency motors cut the excess material at the front and rear ends, each motor has a mold device for precise positioning.
2. Through precise linear guide motion, automatic tracking of the model and fast cutting structure of high-frequency and high-speed motors, the cutting surface is ensured to be smooth and even. Equipped with an automatic guide rail lubrication system.
3. The distance between the front and rear repair parts should be 650mm.
4. Equipped with Japanese SMC cylinders and pressure reducing valves.

 

Copy trimming:
1. Used to modify rounded corners/duck mouth corners/right angles that cannot be further corrected at both ends of the edge banding after cutting, forming a perfect rounded corner.
2. The most suitable edge banding is for use with a thickness of 1.5-3mm.
3. Equipped with Japanese SMC cylinders and pressure reducing valves.

Manual edge scraping (two sets):
1. Cylinder control, small profile wheel mechanism driven by guide rail slider for precise positioning.
2. On the touch screen, select the manually set thickness of the edge banding from the two sets of counters on the precision repair in advance, switch with one click, and reduce manual adjustment
3. The digital display clearly indicates the set thickness of the edge banding. 4. The non powered edge scraping mechanism removes the knife marks after trimming, making the arc straight and full. Used for scraping PVC/ABS edge banding within 3mm.

 

Steel aluminum combined guide rail:
-The steel guide rail is welded onto the machine tool, processed, and then installed with formed aluminum guide rail, which is more stable, sturdy, and durable than traditional installation, ensuring long-term accuracy of use.

 

End repair small board assistance:
-Ensure stability during front-end and back-end repairs.
