     This comprehensive set of features makes the PE-883G-PUR a versatile and efficient solution for edge banding in furniture manufacturing, capable of handling various materials and requirements with precision and speed.
 

 I. Product Features:
This equipment is mainly used for edge banding of furniture panels.

1. High-Rigidity Structure Design:
   - The machine bed and guide rails are welded together for increased stability.
   - The upper pressing mechanism uses a high aluminum beam with a large fixed column.

2. Quick Triple Motor End Trimming:
   - Equipped with three motors, it can control the board spacing to 600mm.

3. High-Speed Motors for Rough and Fine Trimming:
   - The

machine is equipped with two 1.1KW high-speed motors for rough and fine trimming, with digital pneumatic adjustment for convenience, efficiency, and easy adjustment.

4. Servo Control Options:
   - The feeding mechanism, pressing mechanism, belt conveying mechanism, and rough and fine trimming mechanisms, as well as the edge scraping machine, can be optionally equipped with servo control.

5. Four-Motor Profiling Trimming:
   - Also known as tracking chamfering, it ensures precise trimming.
